You all know and love Tannie who bakes our koekies for us - Tannie who is actually Ian's* mom. So mom/Tannie makes the most incredible rusks, and Ian has started baking them in our kitchen as an ode to mom. Who can resist a homemade rusk dunked in a koppie koffie on a chilly morning? Not us, dear reader. All-Bran Rusks just have that little something-something to get your day started the right way.
