Shipping policy

Important Shipping Information:

• Please note that most orders are processed within two to ten working days from the time of order
• Orders over the festive period may take longer to produce, due to it being our busiest period
• Once the full order is packed, we will book the collection with our courier
• Shipping in Gauteng will be delivered within one or two working days, once collected by the courier
• Shipping nationwide will be delivered economy express; which takes three to five working days, depending on the final address
• Delivery to outlying areas may take longer than five working days
• You will receive a tracking/waybill number to track the order with our courier directly
• We promise that we move as quickly as we can to get our sweets into your tummies 😉
• Please take note that our kitchen is closed on Fridays
• Shipping rates are dependent on the weight of your order
• Delivery costs start from as little as R80
  
• We currently only ship within South Africa, and do not offer international shipping due to the nature of our products
• Load shedding severely affects our production - please be patient as we are trying our best to work around it (You could also gift us a solar power, should you be impatient)

For Collections:

• We offer collections from our kitchen, based in Craighall Park
  
• A confirmation email will be sent to you with more information regarding your collection
• Collections are only available on the specified date and specific time; as our chefs are not always on-site
• Collections will usually take place Monday to Thursday, between 09h00 and 14h00
• Please do not go through to the kitchen outside of these specified times, without your confirmation email
• We are closed from Friday to Sunday 
• (Collections not available from the second week of December)

We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays our courier may encounter during your delivery process. Please contact the courier directly for any queries, as you will be assisted much quicker this way.

Due to the hot weather, items may arrive slightly 'melty' - please pop them into a cool spot or into the fridge to set properly before eating.
