Sometimes we make something and forget the main ingredient. Look, it doesn't happen often but it happens. This batch of 'Cookies' and Cream Fudge? Well, there's dololo cookies in it. Not a one. It's just plain dark chocolate fudge. Oopsie.

Ingredients:
Sugar, Evaporated Milk (full cream milk, stabiliser), Dark Chocolate (15%) (sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat [palm kernel*], emulsifiers [E492, E322], reduced fat cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin), Butter (cream [milk]), Cookies (9%) (sugar, wheat flour [gluten], vegetable oil [palm fruit], cocoa, glucose, raising agents [sodium and ammonium bicarbonate], corn starch, salt, soya lecithin [emulsifier], flavouring [vanillin]), potassium sorbate. *Sustainably sourced palm oil.
